To get this achievement you must train Artisan Cooking.

Artisan Cooking requires that you hit cooking skill level 200 before you are able to purchase it from the trainer.

Artisan Cooking allows you to gain cooking skills level 225-300.

On a good note, you no longer need to carry around Flint and Tinder/Wood to make a Cozy Fire for cooking. I don’t remember how many times I was out in the field killing mobs, taking their meats, and missing a regent to make a fire with in order to cook them up. Lesson = don’t throw items away, any white meat, eggs, or fish will come in handy. A nice thing is you don’t need to be at a town to cook items you find while adventuring, just bust your little fire out and make yourself something yummy.

And remember, try and keep up you fishing skill! Combining fishing with your cooking makes skilling up your cooking A LOT faster and CHEAPER.
