To get this achievement you must “shoot” 10 different players with a Silver Shafted Arrow.

Poke any player with the Silver Arrows, just make sure they don’t already have a Peddlefeet looking pet following them around, or you won’t get credit.

You can obtain the Silver Shafted Arrows by purchasing them off the seasonal “Lovely Vendors” for 5 Love Tokens.
