To complete this achievement you must acquire the Elune’s Blessing buff.

You can obtain Elune’s Blessing buff by being near Omen when either you or someone else defeats him. Though, you must be on the quest Elune’s Blessing in order for you to get it.

Players must be level 40 in order to get the quest from Valadar Starsong in Moonglade.

Omen is fairly easy for a level 80 group, and even if he does seem to pose a challenge, again, you can gain the buff as long as you are near him when he is defeated and you are on the Elune’s Blessing quest.

  The buff is gained by walking into the shaft of light beaming onto Omen’s corpse. It can be gained by walking into the beam of light even if you were not there for the battle. The beam is active for only a minute or two after defeating Omen.

  He does have a Starfall attack that can one-shot 40s and 80s should move out of.
