To complete this achievement, become a Snowman by using a Winter Veil Disguise Kit and dance with another Snowman in Dalaran.

This has to be done during the Winter Veil Holiday, it says it explicitly in the achievement description

Minimum level for this achievement is 30 since you have to be that level to get the quest line that eventually rewards you with the Winter Veil Disguise Kit.

- First on the agenda, get yourself a Winter Veil Disguise Kit! Get one by:

◘ Complete the quest line that starts with Stolen Winter Veil Treats

◘ Refer to the achievement Simply Abominable to see how to do the quest line.

◘ Once completed with the quest line you will receive your Winter Veil Disguise Kit 24+ hours later in the mail.

- Next, get yourself a Snowball because you need this as a regent in order to use your kit. The easiest way to get a Snowball is by purchasing one from any Smokywood Pastures Vendors.

- Head to Dalaran. It doesn’t matter what level you are to enter Dalaran. Yes, you do have to be level 74 to get to Dalaran the “straight” way, but everyone takes shortcuts. Have a Mage friend, or pay a Mage to teleport you to Dalaran if you are low level!

- Find someone in Dalaran who is already turned into a Snowman, it doesn’t matter what faction they are. Once you are near enough to target them, use your disguise kit and turn into a Snowman. Dance with your Snowman buddy by emoting /dance.

- Remember not to turn into a Snowman before you find your buddy Snowman because you cannot move while transformed.

** It’s been reported that in previous years some people never got the Snowman Kit in the mail…hope they fixed that **
