To get this achievement you must use a Mistletoe on the “Brothers” of your faction.

Yes, somehow the Horde version is a lot shorter!

When you get to the Brother’s just use the item on them for credit.

GETTING MISTLETOE:

• Random reward from emoting /kiss to Winter Reveler. You can kiss them once and hour and they can be found at Inns of major cities.

• Mistletoe is a random reward, therefore, you might also get Handful of Snowflakes or Fresh Holly

ALLIANCE BROTHERS LOCATIONS

I couldn’t have written a better path than the user Aristodamos on WoWHead did, so I ported his ranked +420 post for Alliance ( I did add some information though, and fixed the coordinates). Thank you for the information!

1. Start in Goldshire in Elwynn Forest with Brother Wilhelm (41.1,66). He is behind the Armor Vendor.
2. Ride to Stormwind’s Cathedral
3. Brother Kristoff (55.2, 54.5) stands next to the statue at the Cathedral Square
4. Get inside the Cathedral
5. Brother Benjamin (51.9, 47) is walking up and down behind the right pillars
6. Brother Joshua (49.6, 45.1) is standing at the end of the corridor
7. Brother Cassius (53.2, 45.1) is inside the right room
8. Brother Crowley (52.5, 43.5) is at the entrance of the RIGHT catacombs. That’s next to the entrance of the room Brother Cassius was.
9. Take the Gryphon to Rebel Camp, Stranglethorn Vale
10. Brother Nimetz (37.9, 3.6) is at the west side of the Rebel camp
11. Take the Gryphon to Booty Bay, Stranglethorn Vale
12. Take the Boat to Ratchet, The Barrens
13. Take the Gryphon to Theramore, Dustwallow Marsh
14. Brother Karman (67.3, 47.4) is supervising the Practicing Guards (Theramore Combat Dummies) – he’s between the “A” and the “M” on the map. Right next to the entrance of the north-east building
15.Take the Gryphon to Nijel’s Point, Desolace
16. Brother Anton (65.5,7.8) can be found on the second level of the Inn at Nijel’s Point.

HORDE BROTHERS LOCATION

1. Brother Malach (51,22.5) in Undercity standing near the group fighting in the War Quarter
2. Durkot Wolfbrother (40.5,54.8) in Warsong Hold/Borean Tundra near the Wolf Stables
3. Brother Keltan in Icecrown on the patrolling Airship (find current location by looking at map)

◘ If you are under the level you need to get Cold Weather Flying to get to Brother Keltan (level 77), try this trick (summarized by user Wildhorn), because a Warlock cannot summon you unto the airship (this might not work anymore):

“Get a warlock to summon you around 62.4,28.4.

Duel with someone in your party to drop you hp to 1. Jump down on the ledge just at bottom at (62.3,28.9) to die.

Release, then go back to your body, but fly as high as you can and wait for the ship to come. You will be able to rezz on one of the cannon platform at bottom of the ship.”
